Two specialisation.One team.
Our work sits across two demanding technical domains: electric vehicles and powertrain systems, and scientific and precision engineering products. Both require the same core disciplines, including precision engineering, complex system integration, small-volume manufacturing, and rigorous testing. We focus on high-complexity, small-volume production, typically between 10 and 1,000 units per year. This is not mass manufacturing, but engineering-led production, where decisions made at the design stage carry through to the final product. The same process used to prototype is used to manufacture, ensuring everything remains precise, traceable, and built without shortcuts.
Design and refinement of mechanical components and assemblies for prototyping and low-volume production.
Electronic system architecture, firmware development, and system integration for complex hardware platforms.
Translation of product requirements into structured system architecture, risk analysis, and technical validation planning.
Build-to-print execution, controlled assembly, supplier coordination, and quality-managed production support.
